We want you to be happy with your purchase. The section below outlines our policies on returns:

Items ordered in error, no longer required, or do not fit:
Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving an item to raise a returns authorisation. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and message sales@sterling-safety.co.uk, at which point we will organise your return.
Please note, bespoke or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note, carriage is not refundable.

Items received damaged or faulty:
Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving an item to arrange for an exchange or replacement item to be sent and for the original item to be collected. Please message sales@sterling-safety.co.uk

What do I do if an item develops a fault after I have been using it for a while?

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. In the event of a product failure, please contact our customer services team who will advise of any warranty cover that is applicable.
